One of the funniest bake sale stories I heard was shared by a mom of three.   Busy as she was, she forgot to make something for the bake sale.  Being a quick minded mommy, she stopped at the store, purchased a couple boxes of ready made brownies (the $1.99 variety), went home and took them out of their wrappers and put them on a plate.  People ooh & awwwed about how fabulous her brownies were.   Now they are a staple at every bake sale she participates in.
