Bake Sale Pricing
Pricing for your bake sale can vary depending on who you are selling your baked goods to. For example, a bake sale to students, you may want to charge by the item, instead of by the package or plate. A cookie could sell easily for 25 cents in one place and 50 in another. Also, consider the size of the cookie or bar when setting your prices.

Bake Sale Tip: Another option that some bake salers are using with smaller items such as cookies, bars, and candy is to make up plate of mixed goodies. Let the buyer pick which items they would like. Then wrap the plate in plastic wrap. Have a food scale ready to use and sell plates of bake sale treats by the pound. You will need more helping hands to manage a sale this way, but it's a great way to allow customers to try a variety. This is especially nice for holiday bake sales.
