Toffee Candy
Bars (Easy & delicious)
Saltines
1 C. butter
1 C. brown sugar
12 oz. chocolate chips
Line a large baking sheet with edges (bar pan)
with foil.
Spray well with non stick cooking spray.
Lay saltines in a single layer on baking sheet or bar pan.
Bring butter & brown sugar to a boil.
Boil for 1 minute.
Stir well.
Drizzle over crackers.
Bake 350 degrees for 5 minutes.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with chocolate chips.
Let stand 5 minutes. Spread chips to "frost".
Chill in fridge.
Break into pieces.
Note: These are tricky to cut into even pieces.
You may want to package them in little baggies if your pieces
do not cut cleanly.
Chewy Toffee
Bars 1 C. brown sugar
1 C. butter
1 egg yolk
2 C. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt.
Mix ingrediants together.
Put mixture in greased bar pan or 9X13 pan.
Bake 350 for 25 min. or golden brown.
Frost while still warm with chocolate or fudge frosting.

Bars Preheat oven to 350
degress. Place 1 stick of butter in a 9X13 pan and
melt in oven.
One & 1/2 Cups graham cracker crumbs.
1 C. chocolate chips
1 C. chopped pecans or walnuts
1 C. miniature marshmallows
14 ox can sweetened condensed milk
After butter is melted, remove from oven. Pour graham
cracker crumbs over melted butter and press into pan
firmly. Top with sweetened condensed milk, spread
evenly. Top with chips & nuts. Bake 25
minutes. Remove from oven and top with
marshmallows. Bake 3 minutes. Cool and
cut into bars.
Salted
Nut Rolls 2 T butter
1 can sweetened condensed milk
10 oz. peanuts
10 oz. bag of mini. marshmallows
12 oz peanut butter chips
Combine butter, milk & chips in microwave at 30 second
intervals. Stir inbetween. Continue until mixture
is smooth. Cool a bit. Mix marshmallows &
nuts in a large bowl. Pour microwaved mixture over the
top and mix well. Press into a pan and cool in
fridge. Cut into bars.
