Coconut Joys
1 stick of butter
2 C. powdered sugar
3 C. coconut
2 squares of baking chocolate or choc. chips

Melt butter. Remove from heat. Add sugar & coconut. Mix. Shape into balls (bouncy ball size).  Make in indent in the top of the ball. Place balls on cookie sheet.  Fill centers with melted chocolate.  Chill until firm.  Makes about 3 dozen.  Store in Fridge until ready to serve.

Peanut Butter Brownies
1 brownie mix
8 oz cream cheese
peanut butter cups
1 C. brown sugar
1/2 C. peanut butter

Prepare brownies according to package directions.  Let cool.  Cream together cream cheese, brown sugar, and peanut butter.  Spread mixture over brownies.   Chop up peanut butter cups and sprinkle over cream cheese frosting.  Or cut into bars and place one miniture peanut butter cup in the center of each bar.
